Options Booklets

2025 - 2026 School Year - Fill in your Options Choices Here:

Each student must be signed in to their School Google account to fill in the form. Once you have filled in your Options Choices, you may edit your choices if you change your mind up until the deadline specified on the individual form.

• Current Year 11 Students - Please complete your initial free choice return for your plans for Post 16
• This form will be used to collect a copy of each students proposed choices or plans for Sept 2025. All Yr11 students are required to make a submission so we are aware of what you intend to do, so we can support you in your preparation for after yr11.

• Current Year 9 Students - Please complete  initial free choice return for KS4 (Jan 2025)
