Updates for this half term - Jan-Feb 2026

• 19^th January- next Parent Forum takes place at 6pm. Mrs Jones our Deputy Headteacher will lead the session and the focus will be our teaching and learning approach.

• Y11 PCE takes place face to face at school on Thursday 8th January between 3.30pm and 6.00pm. If you are a Year 11 parent that has not received the link, please contact Mr Wagner on wagnerm@llantwitschool.org.uk

• 2nd February 2026 is an INSET day, so school is closed for learners.

• Interim reports will be emailed home for year 11, 12, and 13 at the beginning of February. These reports will take the format of those received in the Autumn term and will give a strong indication of progress since then.

• At the end of this half term, year 10 will receive a full written report. This report will provide progress data similar to an interim report but also a written comment for each subject and subject- specific targets that will facilitate progress.

• Please can year 11 learners who have not completed Mr Jones’ survey regarding sixth form options do so as soon as possible. Information regarding final option blocks will be communicated to learners and parents in due course.

• HPV vaccinations for Y8 learners are on the 12th of February. Consent forms will be sent home to parents/carers.
